Gillie

Hi, my name is Gillie. I am the manager and Lead safeguarding officer of the preschool. I hold an NVQ level 3 and have gained experience managing preschools and being a childminder within the 17+ years that I have worked in childcare. When I am not working, I am at home being a mummy to 3 girls and 3 fur pets.

Lauren

Hi, my name is Lauren. I am Deputy Manager of the Preschool. I hold level 3 in childcare and education and one in management. I am currently working towards my degree in childhood and youth studies with the open university. I have 13 years’ experience of working in Childcare. I enjoy spending time with my son and drinking milkshakes.

Tanya

Hi, my name is Tanya, I am a preschool SENCO. I hold a level 3 in childcare and a level 5 in Health and Social care in early years and young people. I have worked in childcare for over 5 years. I have 2 teenage children and 2 dogs, Lou with 1 eye and spice, and a very fluffy cat.

Jess

Hi, my name is Jess. I am a preschool practitioner. I hold my NVQ level 3, and I have worked with children for over 6 years in this time I have gained lots of experience and skills. I really enjoy working with children and helping with their development. I’m currently on maternity leave.

Becca

Hi my name is Becca I am a preschool practitioner and I hold a NVQ level 3 in childcare. I have worked in childcare for 15 years and have two children. I enjoy working with children and helping them grow and develop, the best thing about working in childcare is seeing the children smile. When I am not at work I like spending time with my children and taking them on new adventures.

Melissa

Hi, my name is Melissa. I am a preschool practitioner, and I am currently working towards my level 3. I have a 2 year old little girl, and enjoy dancing in my spare time.

Luana

Hi, my name is Luana. I am a preschool practitioner. I have a level 3 in childcare and really enjoy working with children. I previously worked at the setting when it was Miss Shirley’s and I am very excited to be back here. At home I enjoy spending time with my little boy.
