9 months -2 Years Childcare

We provide lots of learning opportunities for the toddlers in our care, we enjoy learning through play and exploring. We offer funded places from the term after 9 months, and private places from 9 months old.

Monday - Friday 8.00am- 5.45pm

We are offer both term time and

all year round contracts from

September 2025.

Funded Hours of sessions are as follows:

NO CONSUMABLES FEE

Full day 9am- 3pm

Morning sessions 9am – 12pm

Afternoon sessions 12pm – 3pm

Minimum a child can attend to allow consistency and routine will be 9 hours per week.

Fees

Private place Fees are charged by the session as set out below.

Morning sessions 9.00am – 12.00pm

9 months-2 years- £17.00

3-5 years- £16.00

Afternoon sessions 12.00pm – 15.00pm – As above

Day sessions 9.00am – 3.00pm

9 months -2 years- £34.00

3-5 years- £32.00

Early starts 8.00am- 9am- £6.50 per child

After preschool care 3pm-5.45pm- £18.50

Fees include snacks and activities throughout the day, parents will need to provide packed lunches for their child and nappies if required.

Funded places

We offer 15/30 hours funded places for children the term after they turn 9 months old.

You can find out if your eligible through https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/.

You may also be entitled to 15 hours funding for your 2 year old through your children's centre. Contact

your local children's centre to see if your eligible.

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ON ANY FUNDED HOURS.

Preschool care

We understand the importance of providing a smooth transition for children from the early years settings to starting reception. Therefore we introduce school readiness activities for children aged between 2.5-5 years, and encourage the children to become more independent with daily routines ie dressing and toileting. Whilst also providing opportunities to become more confident and sociable in new environments, so that the next step to big school isn't quite so scary as they embark on their new adventure.

Introduction

Olive tree preschool is an Ofsted registered preschool run privately. It offers funded and private spaces for children aged 9 months - 4 years. We have two separate rooms, OLIVES- 2.5 -5 years and LITTLE BUDS 9 months-2 years. We offer spacious rooms with plenty of fun, educational resources and big spacious outdoor areas to allow children to explore.

We work within the required guidelines for the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.
